  • What should I expect during my first session?

    During our initial session, we will focus on getting to know each other and establishing a comfortable, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will ask you about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy to better understand your unique needs. This session provides an opportunity for you to share your story, ask any questions you may have about the process, and begin exploring the areas you’d like to work on. Together, we will outline a plan tailored to support your personal growth and well-being moving forward.

  • How will I pay if my insurance is not accepted?

    I accept many major insurance plans and also offer out-of-pocket payment options for those who prefer or require private pay. A sliding scale fee is available when applicable, to help ensure that therapy remains accessible and aligned with your financial needs.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows for effective scheduling and respect for all clients’ time.
